Richard's seafood became known as the best fish in DC. His customers were able to choose from a variety of fresh large filets of Whiting, Tilapia, Catfish, and whole Croaker fish. After several years Our location was opened, this area is an emerging community on the outskirts of the Metropolitan area. This location of Horace and Dickie's will continue the tradition of serving fresh fried fish with southern style side orders of potato salad, macaroni and cheese, Cole slaw and collard greens. This establishment will always offer sit down meals and good food to go.
